What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-70 in Preble County, OH on January 30th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:01 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-350 operated by 36-year-old Bidzina Mimioshvili was pulling into a right shoulder when it was struck by an eastbound Toyota RAV4. The driver of the Toyota, identified as 20-year-old Shayne Sowers, was killed in the collision. Mimioshvili was not injured. Additional details were not available.
