Officers say the incident happened around 1:40 p.m. According to their investigation, a vehicle operated by 43-year-old Scott Heronemus lost control during a left turn on roads that were reportedly wet. This caused the truck to overturn onto its side, trapping a 9-year-old passenger in the vehicle.
