What Happened

Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials released the name of the driver killed in a semi-truck accident on US 270 in Seiling, OK on February 18th, 2019. 59-year-old Walter Pacheco was killed when his semi-truck was struck by another vehicle that crossed a center line. The truck overturned in the impact, killing Pacheco at the scene. The 17-year-old driver of the other vehicle was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
