What Happened

Oregon State Police are looking into a crash that may have injured people at Hwy 395 at Sturgis Rd in Hermiston, OR on December 5th, 2019. Officials say the incident involved a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Michael Duke Gignac reportedly attempting to pass a semi-truck. Another vehicle driven by 49-year-old Connie Winks was stopped to make a turn towards a car dealership and the two vehicles collided. Those involved reported being shaken up and there may have been injuries.
