What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-80 in Clarion Twp, PA on December 24th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:51 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer occupied by 20-year-old Manpreet Singh was reported disabled and jackknifed in a right lane. Investigators were not able say why the truck was jack knifed as a westbound truck operated by 39-year-old Idris S Jones approached. The truck collided with the disabled vehicle before veering into a guardrail. Singh was ejected from the truck and suffered fatal injuries. Authorities say Singh was a passenger in the truck and did not provide additional information.
