What Happened

Tennessee Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash involving two semi-trucks on I-40 that killed two people and injured another on January 24th, 2019 in Hickman County, TN. Officials say the accident occurred when one of the trucks lost control and crossed a center median, colliding with the other semi-truck. The drivers of both trucks were killed in the accident. A passenger in one of the vehicles was hospitalized with serious injuries.
