What Happened

El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Magnetic St in El Paso, TX on March 15th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around as vehicle headed southbound made a left turn at the intersection with Volcanic. Officers allege the vehicle, operated by 46-year-old Yvette Harris, failed to yield to a motorcycle headed northbound on Magnetic. The motorcycle ended up colliding with the rear of the vehicle as a result, causing the cyclist to be ejected from the vehicle. Identified as 22-year-old Bakari Jovann Mosley, the cyclist was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Additional details have not yet been made available.
