What Happened

Area authorities are investigating ac rash that killed a driver at Indian Trail in Denton, TX on December 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:24 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Tahoe operated by 22-year-old Cristian Tinoco Abad was headed northbound approaching a curve in the road. The vehicle is said to have attempted to brake, going into a skid and veering from the road into a bar ditch. The vehicle overturned, ejecting Abad and leaving him with fatal injuries.  Additional details were not available.
