What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a multi-car crash that injured at least one person on I-10 at Taylor St in Houston, TX on October 27th, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 3:26 a.m. Three cars collided after one was rear-ended by an intoxicated driver. Police say  58-year-old Crystal Elizabeth Ashby suffered a seizure, however, they did not say if this was before or after the collision. She was taken to the hospital. Police say 10-year-old Dalilah Gonzales died. 37-year-old Felix Vega was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.
