Police say the incident happened around 4:55 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram operated by an unnamed 32-year-old woman is alleged to have failed to yield right of way before colliding with a northbound Chevrolet Camaro. The operator of the Camaro, identified as 35-year-old Fabian Carbone-Solis, was seriously injured in the collision. The other driver and her 35-year-old passenger, were uninjured. Officers recommended an Intoxication Assault with Vehicle charge.
