According to authorities, the incident happened around 9:27 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 21-year-old Ignacio Rangel Zamudio is said to have been headed westbound before veering from the road for unknown reasons. The vehicle allegedly traveled into an eastbound lane before colliding with a semi-truck in the lane head-on. The collision left Zamudio with fatal injuries at the scene.
