What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people and injured a third at TX 21 and Old San Antonio Rd in Bryan, TX on November 4th, 2019. Officials say the incident involved a sedan reportedly pulling in front of a semi-truck and the two colliding. Two people in the sedan, 81-year-old James William Bacak, and his wife, 80-year-old Irene Bacak were pronounced dead at the scene.  A third person, 66-year-old Thomas Bacak was hospitalized in critical condition and later died from his injuries. The semi-truck driver was not injured.
