What Happened

A two-vehicle crash left a driver with serious injuries at I-35 in Webb County, TX on February 14th, 2023. Authorities are saying it happened around 8:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Kicks operated by 50-year-old Jeffery Scott Kenan was headed southbound approaching a tractor-trailer stopped in an outside lane. The Nissan struck the tractor-trailer, causing it to spin into a guardrail. The collision left Kenan with serious injuries. The other driver, an unnamed 67-year-old New York man. Officers recommended a Stop, Stand or Park Upon Bridge or Tunnel charge.
