What Happened

Area authorities have identified the people killed in a collision at US Hwy 84 in Coleman, TX on September 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened when a Nissan Frontier headed northbound veered left across a center stripe and collided head-on with a pair of southbound motorcycles. 40-year-old John Roger Ortiz and 42-year-old Rogelio Espinoza were both killed in the collision.
