What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Scotty Ln and Davis St in Montgomery County, TX on January 3rd, 2023. Officers say it happened around 10:21 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet C2500 operate day 29-year-old Jose Conejo was headed southwest, towing lawn equipment in an attached trailer. At some point, the vehicle veered from the road, becoming jackknifed and traveling through a nearby grass area. It his a tree, coming to a stop and leaving Conejo seriously injured. Authorities did not have additional information to share.
