What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at State Hwy 155 in Smith County, TX on March 21st, 2020. Officials say the incident happened around 7:20 p.m. A vehicle operated by Willie D Foreman reportedly lost control and collided with another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle, Kristen Odom was seriously injured and later died from her injuries. Foreman was charged with intoxication assault.
