What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at Loop 250 in Midland County, TX on April 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:37 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Flex operated by 46-year-old Shannon Snodgrass was headed northbound on Loop 250 at the time. They allege the vehicle failed to control its speed before colliding with the rear of a Nissan operated by a 53-year-old man who was not publicly identified. Police say the man had serious injuries while Snodgrass was not injured. Authorities recommend and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge.
