What Happened

Authorities have information on a crash that injured a man at West Main St and Bay Area Blvd in League City, TX on April 13th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4:05 a.m. Authorities are saying Toyota sedan was involved in a collision with a Ford pickup at the intersection. A possible cause for the crash was not rated, however, reports say both vehicles were found in a nearby ditch and a 20-year-old rear seat occupant of the Toyota was seriously injured. The 16-year-old driver of the Toyota allegedly fled the scene on foot before later being located and arrested on an Accident Involving Injured charge. Additional details were not available.
