Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-10 in Kendall County, TX on February 22nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:50 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Suburban operated by an unnamed 62-year-old Indio, CA was headed westbound when it allegedly crossed a solid line and collided with a. tractor-trailer. Officers allege the driver fell asleep at the wheel prior to the collision, which left an unnamed 20-year-old passenger, with fatal injuries. The driver was hospitalized for treatment of serious injuries while the truck driver, a 56-year-old Fair Oaks Ranch woman was not injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
