What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that killed one person and injured another at Dennis Rd and Sundial Dr in Dallas, TX on January 15th, 2019. Police say the accident occurred when a truck went off the road after having been cut off by another vehicle. The truck then came onto the curb and struck two people at a bus stop. Michael Parritt was killed and his wife Stacy King suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the accident. The driver, 27-year-old Jose Rolando Lopez Martinez, was arrested on charges of accident involving an injure and accident involving death.
