Texas Department of Public Safety officials released the name of the pedestrian killed in an accident on US 281 in Jim Wells County, TX on February 5th, 2019. 33-year-old Ricardo Rodriguez was killed when he was stuck by a passing vehicle as he reportedly attempted to walk on a southbound highway lane. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
