What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-2 and Main St in McAllen, TX on June 4th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 5:21 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac ATS operated by a 16-year-old female driver was exiting a private driveway when it allegedly failed to yield and collided with a Lincoln Continental operate day 75-year-old Judith Ripple. The teen suffered minor injuries in the collision while her 23-year-old female passenger was more seriously injured. Rupple was not injured in the collision. Additional information was not immediately available.
