Wichita Falls Police confirmed Toby Hasten was killed in a crash at Iowa Park Rd in Wichita Falls, TX on December 23rd, 2022. Officials say it happened around 12:50 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle occupied by Hasten and two other males was involved in a collision with a concrete barrier. The collision ejected both 25-year-old Toby Hasten and one of the other men from the vehicle, causing Hasten fatal injuries. The other two men were both hospitalized and police allege suspicion that alcohol was involved in the crash.
