Dallas Police are investigating a crash involving a hit-and-run semi-truck that injured two people on I-35E on January 13th, 2019. Police say two woman were seriously injured when their vehicle became trapped underneath an 18-wheeler on the interstate. After the initial crash, the semi-truck reportedly did not stop.
