Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Emancipation Ave in Houston, TX on February 24th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:17 p.m. According to investigators, a pickup truck was allegedly seen speeding by police. Officers initiated a traffic stop that the vehicle allegedly did not stop for.
