What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a shooting turned standoff that killed a woman at a Walmart near Junction Hwy and Commerce St in Kerrville, TX on November 18th, 2019. Officials say a woman was shot in an altercation with Fernando Rolon in a Walmart parking lot. Rolon then fled and barricaded himself inside the Rio 10 theater in a standoff with the police.
