What Happened

Manor Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at US Hwy 290 in Manor, TX on December 7th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:21 p.m. According to investigators, a vehicle headed southbound on FM 973 was allegedly attempting to pass a red light before it collided with a vehicle traveling westbound on US 290. The woman in the first vehicle, unnamed and age 20, died at the scene. The other driver, a 17-year-old girl, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
