What Happened

El Paso Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred outside a nightclub in El Paso, TX on January 19th, 2019. Police say 21-year-old Joel Olivas was struck near the exit of Tequilas Discoteque around 2:15 a.m. but a vehicle that did not stop after. Olivas was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
