What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials released the names of the woman involved in a fatal semi-truck crash on I-4 in Orlando, FL on January 28th, 2019. Melody Acevedo Rivera was killed when the vehicle was a passenger in lost control and collided with a semi-truck driven by 36-year-old Eric Goss. The driver of the vehicle, 46-year-old Marianita Perez Ocasio, was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. Goss was not injured.
