Ford F150 veered from its lane and collided with the front left of a Chrysler 200 before overturning and sending the Chrysler into a ditch


What Happened

A collision involving a suspected intoxicated driver led to serious injuries at State Hwy 78 in Collin County, TX on April 22d, 2021. Area authorities say the crash happened around 8:58 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 42-year-old Eliseo Cura Flores reportedly veered from its lane and collided with the front of a Chrysler 200 operated by 37-year-old Stephanie Lamm. The impact caused the Ford to overturn and the Chrysler into a ditch. Lamm suffered minor injuries while a passenger in the Ford was more seriously injured. Flores was not injured and, after suubmitting a voluntary breath sample, was arrested for intoxication assault.
