Buckingham County Police officials released the name of the woman killed in a head-on collision in Buckingham County, VA on January 31st, 2019. 32-year-old Nicole E. Palmer was killed when her vehicle lost control, crossed a center line and collided head-on with a school bus. The driver of the school bus was not injured. There were no students aboard the bus at the time of the crash.
